I design, edit and publish a quarterly free online photography magazine, BETA developments in photography, Each issue presents around 20 page image portfolios by photographic artists from around the world. BETA developments in photography is image rich, with only brief artist statement and short bio texts. Each issue I endeavour to show a mix of high quality contemporary photographic genres including fine art, documentary, traditional, old processes, landscape, science, nature and slick commercial work. Most artists appear by invitation, but I do encourage unsolicited submissions as long as they constitute a body of work [as opposed to a collection of excellent but unassociated pictures] so long as it is of the highest quality.
